License Details

Upon purchase, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the product as specified below. The product is licensed, not sold.

• Single‑User License

  • 1 natural person, up to 2 devices (e.g., office PC + laptop).
  • For personal or commercial use by that user.
  • Not shareable with other individuals.

• Team License (Up to 10 Users)

  • For a single legal entity.
  • Up to 10 named users; each may install on up to 2 devices.
  • Not for contractors outside the entity unless explicitly permitted in writing.

• Site License (Unlimited Users at One Site)

  • Unlimited users employed by the same legal entity at one physical site/city.
  • Multi‑site corporations require multiple Site Licenses or an Enterprise agreement.

• Execute the macros as intended and configure exposed settings/parameters.
• Use outputs/results internally and in deliverables to your clients (e.g., drawings, reports).
• Back up the files for your licensed users.

• Redistribution, resale, public posting, or sublicensing of the product files.
• Reverse‑engineering, decompilation, modification (unless a product is explicitly marked as “source‑included” or allows extensions).
• Removing license headers, copyright notices, or metadata.
• Using the product to create a competing product or template set.

Some products may require license keys. You must keep keys confidential and not share them publicly or across unlicensed users.

• Minor updates/bug fixes are included during the support window stated on the product page.
• Major upgrades may be offered at a discount.

All rights, title, and interest remain with 5idmati.com . No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

This license remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the product files (this does not affect any statutory rights).

We may request reasonable proof of compliance (e.g., number of users/devices). We’ll handle such requests fairly and confidentially.
